Bug fix: The ONE system requires a Microsoft component called the Desktop Runtime (aka Net 6) to be present on the PC. If it has not already been installed by Windows Updates then the setup program is pulled down as a mandatory action and is installed - except that it didn't actually install! This updates fixes that.
