New version of ONE app available

September 2024 - Better support for top-up devices, and for keeping track of your credits expenditure


We are happy to announce that there is a major update for the ONE software available. The main addition here is greatly improved support for managing top-up devices, and also has a monthly credits usage report which helps you to keep track of where your money has gone. This particular update requires that the previous version be uninstalled beforehand - our apologies for that, we try very hard to make the update process as smooth and easy as possible but it couldn't be avoided this time. There is a video explaining the updates, with a general news update at the end. You really should watch this before you update.

NB We also suggest that you do not try to perform the update if you have a client coming in the next few minutes. What could possibly go wrong eh? 🤷‍♂️


New features in this build:

  • Master view of all active top-up devices on the home page, listed in expiry date order (next to expire at top of list). Devices which will expire within the next three days are highlighted in a different colour.

  • A client can have multiple devices allocated.

  • Devices do not need to be allocated to a client

  • Ability to identify a device by scanning it: the Identify function will show you who is allocated to the device, or not as appropriate.

  • You can now create an on-screen (and optionally save it as a PDF) report showing where your credits have been used during any month/year.
